If you want to have a really amazing forum, then use what Surgeon said, but if you dont have a clue how to use PHP, then go to www.boardnation.com and sign up for a forum. They use php too but the only thing you have to do is edit the template or keep the template they give you (which is pretty lame so i suggest you change it). You will be able to get help desiging your template and if i have the time, i can help design it.

The problem today is those free websites that just squeez everything out of you. They want you to pay the "Premium" so you can have a decent site. Now unless you have a site with www.planetmedalofhonor.com/BLAHBLAHBLAH you will have a hard time getting a good forum on your site. Sites like angelfire dont support these extensions.
