new to bot

ok i am looking for a helper here as always but more so if this can be done i am sure as i am a noob i cannot do so here goes........
i have seen a pope skin for mohaa and that is funny i guess but here is what is wondering in my mind........ i have a church i built now is it possible to have a bot or just a standing profile of this teh pope at the head of the church so it will be there when u come in?????????? i have never seen anything like this in a map before so i think it a worth while shot can anyone help ????????? i would like this in my map if this is possible and i promise to give credit lol if it is not possible well why not?

Why not? Just change the model and shader for the bot by replacing the skin.

hey rox i found that skin if the bto thing casues lag or istoo hard an i make just a model to stand there?

ok lol welllike i said i am new to this so correct me if i am wrong..........is there a diff between a bot and an AI??????? all i really wanted was a figure standing at the alter now if it moved and raised his arms like in a sermon that would be cool but really my original idea was to just have him pose there............plz answer.........
also i am 2/3 the way into this map and well i am new to custom texturing so before i went to far i wanted to see if the texture shader were right so i sent what i had done to a friend adn in this 3 story house he was running around , we were on rw, and i asked him what he was doing he said looking for the dog ......i was puzzled i was plying with AI and had put this dog in a closet and forgot about it but he heard it and it was barking at him lol i heard it through his RW but in my game i do not what gives?
