Map file
Did you know that the .map file is a text file? You can open it with Wordpad. Just right click on it and choose "Open with". Then select Wordpad and uncheck the "always open with" box.
Entities are listed by targetname or numbers, but the numbers change when you add more entities. Anyway, it may help you find the missing ones.
