Usually this stops happening after you've saved your map for the first time.

Otherwise, disable auto saving and snapshots in edit -> preferences (dangerous).

Firstly thanks for the quick responce, but whats ment by dangerous? could disabling auto save and such mess up Radiant? I have also heard that Quake uses Radiant to create maps as well, I don t know ifn thats true or not, maybe if so, there might be an answer in one of their forums?
ps... Anyone know of some Tuits for building a first level? somethin like what Noc (Architectronic) has done? Thankin all in advance ...BLUES_MAN

OK, weel they use the same Editing tool because MOHAA is built off the Quake 3 Engine.....

If you disable snapshots, Radiant won't make those nice backups of your map.

It's just a matter of time until the editor messes up your .map file, so it's a good thing to have some back-ups when you need 'em.

You could also make your own backups ofcourse.

It looks like disabilin auto save has done the trick, no pop ups !!! wonder why the programers didn t catch that?anywho thanks again jv_map for the help, its greatly appreciated. I have already lost 1 map to the pop ups, it did it so much that I couldn t close the box, (snack break, and I didn t hear the pop up sound from my puter) when I got back, there was like 25 of them, and I had to cntl+alt+del them, losin the map in the process, didn t matter much, as it was a test map, but stung anyways. Thanks again...BLUES_MAN
p.s. I thought UT2003 was runnin with the quake3 engine, wonder why the editors are different?

It's a whole lot easier to simply save the map. This will make the message go away and still preserve the backup capabilities.
