Multiplayer parachute spawn almost working

Thanks wilson, someone else had also mentioned this. Yes it will work. I have placed the trigger under the spawn points. Player falls through, trigger, and then chute appears and player glides to earth to origins that have been set up and then the spawn points are removed and new ones on the ground are open. I have it set up so only the first spawn is by parachute.
I have also made an world war II waco assault gliders that the players ride down to earth on the first round.
The map is now about 75% complete, and the TOW scripting and VIS nightmare is about to begin.

We.... well I should say Chad has, but anyway.
We have the parachute drop working fully, and properly.
You will spawn inside a C-47, and make your jump.
We fixed all the problems with multiple users.
We have had it working for couple months now, but someone posted me about this forum, so I we desided to break the secret and release screenshots and info.
If you want to know "how to", wait for the demo release. It will include one of our normandy maps.
We had Voxel to modifiy the parachute model to get it to rotate in all directions.
Heres a funny story.
Chad now works for Infinity Ward. (original 2015 guys who made moh/aa)
They asked him what are some things you have made or completed.
He said he fixed the parachute drop for multiplayer for the Band of Brothers Mod.
They looked at eachother and kind of chuckled.. It apairs they had issues with it, and chad fixed it..
How about them apples.

Hey hey, yes yes I made a parachute script called global/mpparachute.scr. It will be in the BOB Mod Demo which will be out soon.
Whether your map is respawn or single spawn this script works, and each player can jump out of the plane whenever they want and be able to parachute down to the ground. The level designer specifies several settings for the script, such as fall time before the parachute opens, you can set several landing areas and the players will parachute down to random locations you specify, you can set the speed which players parachute, you can specify the angle you want the player to face while parachuting. There are a number of variables that can be passed onto the script. There's even a set of directions on how to use the parachute script in your map.
The original parachute model from Spearhead was far too flat, however it looked fine from your view, but from other peoples perspectives it was quite flat so it's been opened up quite a bit.

Yes it works in SH and AA, you dont need SH to be able to play the BOB mod. That Normandy map is a Band of Brothers map, it will most likely be in the demo, and defenatly the full release. Once the demo is out you'll be free to use global parachute script once you open up the pak file it will be in.
I want to take this time to also display on all the hard work chad has done. He has done more then really what is seen.
We tested this jump scripting and thought about every angle that could cause issues, and Chad fixed them all. This is what he has done, and what your going to get once the demo is released.
1. created multiplayer scripting.
2. created multiple players spawning and setting for multiple jumps.
3. fixed issues with player only facing 1 direction when in the chute.
4. fixed issue of not being able to move when player respawns after being killed in parachute.
5. fixed issue of player changing sides while in parachute. (spawn cheating) I really like that fix.
6. fixed issue of player disconnecting from the game while in parachute.
7. fixed issue of player creatoring when landing on other players on the ground.
8. fixed random bugs causing server to crash.
9. fixed issue of player not equipting chute when jumping at the same time as other players.
