Can anyone help me make a wood wall like in CS where you can shoot through with certain weapons but cannot walk through it.

make a brush with player clip textures. then you cant walk thru it

just a quick question...
do u want to model a wall or make a place a wall in radiant?
why did you post this in skinning/modelling???

I thought maybe you need a special skin to work and yes it is a skin a player clip. Now do you place the player clip over the wall?

yes, it only needs to be the same size as the wall

You'll have to make the wall an entity (script_object) and make it non-solid. Then use a player clip brush to keep players from walking through it. It may have an effect on how light shines on it, or through it, so you might need to place shadow clip inside the wall as well. Also, I'm pretty sure bullet hits will not show up on the wall.
