in the tutorial it says to open it but it keeps closing its self why can someine help?

You cannot 'open' q3map

in the SDK got something it says to compile it and open the q3map and type in some code and it compiles it in to bsp and the rest or something see im new i wont to start mappiing i have been working with your bots alot.

Read both our compiling tutorials (not the SDK one). They should explain any questions you have.
