Depending on the complexity of the building you are roofing you could use just 1 brush (normally about 3-5 max)

If the building is square/oblong in structure and you want an upside-down-V style roof then this is what I do:

Create a brush on one end of the building, make it as high as you want your roof.

Use the clipping tool (x) and clip from the left lower corner to the middle-top, then middle-top to the lower right corner to make the V shape.

You can either use that (1 brush) and drag it along the length of the roof, or you can add more brushes on top of a similar shape to make it more detailed.

Obviously the more detailed your building the harder making a roof for it will be but in most cases you can use the above method.

I'm busy at the moment but if I can later I'll take a few pics of a simple roof in mohrad and post it here, if no one else has already.

Lo Surg.

I've been back playing for a while now but just recently started mapping again.

I'm doing good except this map is giving me jip trying to compile the VIS :(

My problem's in the thread on this page.

Other than that everything's good.. Going to be a dad soon, doing well at my job and so on :)
