Just a bit more than 128 units per floor should be fine :D

I tend to use 192 units as a good sized floor - mainly because buildings built pre war often had very high ceilings...128 for a door , 96x48 (roughly) for windows but it often just comes down to personal preference.. a small guide : 16 MoHrad units = 1 foot (real life). A player is 6 ft (96 units)

By floor - I meant the height of 1 single floor from bottom to top. Sorry if it wasn't clear

Give it some coffee, caffeine, or something! Just kidding! Uh, I posted something on your other post about the lag in Radiant. Check it out. /forum/viewtopic.php?p=17381#17381

Anyway, hope that helps. I have an 1800+ XP processor, 256 mb ram, 64 mb video card and when I select that option in my preferences, it makes it laggy in the 3D view. Later!

LOD scale 1 shows your terrain the way it will look in the game, but it lags real bad in radiant. Change it to scale 4 to reduce the lag.

Funny, I don't get lag in any scale. Must be slower computers have that problem, heh?
