HI
got some problems at startup.
Ive set
level.alliesbots = 8
level.axisbots = 0
level.dmrespawning = 1
so logically ive understood that there are 8 bots respawning at allied origins - right ?
ive got 15 spawn origins (alliesspawn) made for the allied bots.
that 7 more should be alternative spawnpoints.
When the level begins there are showing 15 bots up, all at the origins although 8 are set.
But if i kill all - then only 8 respawn like in the alliesbots setting - then is everything alright.
An another curious thing is that they spawn in each other ?!?
This are my Bot probz and i find no way to solve them.

i couldnt believe it myself - such stupid thing
It werent the names of the origins but of the player presets/prefabs.
Ive took that SDK prefab and inserted it somewhere outside my map region. Then selected the allied prefabs, copied them and pasted them in front of the spawn origins. Afterwards deleted all that prefabs outside leaving this on my map region.
The mistake was that every COPY got an different targetname as eg. "t11" instead of "alliesspawnpreset". So at mapstartup it spawned your 8 Bots (set throgh alliesspawn) + 7 mohaa AI Bots = 15.
I noticed it cuz YOUR Bots got an Avatar over their heads and the others not. And your hint to look after targetnames gave me the final conclusion to look after that ones of the prefabs.
So thx for your hint and maybe for the other N00bs like me with similar prob, it could be a help. 8)
Jv one question to the lazy behaviour of the bots:
I planted the map full of pathnodes but the bots dont move to the next node by themself. Since there is no Objective/Bomb eg they have to care of, is there any other tricky way to kick the bots asses so that they move?
Or is it a fault in the direction of the nodes? What direction should I give to the nodes so that theyve got an basic movement route at spawning?
