swaying bridge

Post by bodybagger »

I want to put in a rope type bridge, the one with wood planks. but i want it to sway side to side when a player walks on it.
Is this possible?

Hmm well the motion of a rope bridge swaying in the wind is probably very complex. I think it would be too difficult to script, but maybe you could get a decent effect with a lot of trial and error. Don't know... :?

well maybe you could use the elevator script... and have points where the bridge will stop in the sway to one side and sway back to the other... but i dunno how you would make the bridge look like its bending...

Yo Jv, hows things.

I'm in the process of setting up my machines for a return to moh. Got bored with my other games, so decided to revisit moh and have some more fun :)
