Anybody wanna help?
I have 2 upcoming SP maps to be released, but my comp hangs when i play these. I dunno whether they hang on urs. Care to try? Here's the link:

I just had a quick run through both.
They both load up fine and are playable.
1. Spyhard
Works well, however there are a couple of bugs. When you use the alarm switch in the sentry box, you can hear people screeming and dying , lol.
The AI seam a little slow to react, and also when you complete the mission. the game crashes.
2.Sub Attack
It Loads and is playable, also look very nice.
There are a few bugs here too, you have one bad brush the causes a large white/yellow sheet effect. It seams to come from the railing inside the wharehouse type building just off the main street.

Spy hard "locks up" at the start of the level, with like FPS of 5 for 10 15 seconds... Mapy a pre-cashe could solve that?
Sub ltevel has some MAJOR rogue brushes:


and I think I found where they came from:
Ithink the railing has too many brushes aligned against a single brush ( the middle railing ). That tends to cause this type of Gfx error.

Evil Polys
Those are called "Evil Polys" and Bob's plugin's will get rid of them--and Duplacate Planes.
sorry I just been busy on an expedition all weekend and with exams. I can send you (rox) a betterised version cos the planes flew through walls and the rubble was pretty flat.mohaa_rox wrote:Yeah, me too. I didn't make that map, only add the script. I was BUTCH *cough*.

sorry for the errors as well, I made it some time ago, it may have something to do with vis, but I dont know about that grey/yellow/white brush

e-mail me and I'll send "Bob's plugin's". They go in a folder named plugins in MOHTools and can get rid of bad polys and duplicate planes.

I think Bjarnes is right too. If you make the rails wider than the rungs, the problem goes away--same with railings.
