Making player respawn each time in a different place?

Greetings all,
Could anyone please explain me how can I do it ? So far in my map it's impossible to play because everybody respawn in one place. You got shoot even before you start run. I've created a few info_player_start points but it doesen't seem to be helping. Perhaps I missing something. Please help. :(

If you look in the info entities, you'll see there are other types of info_player spawn points (right click in 2d window). The type you use depends on what type game your map is.

For Deathmatch, they are all the same color (green), and you would place 32 or so around your map--where they can not see eachother, if possible.

For Team Match or Objective, you will need allied and axis spawn points (blue and pink). The teams would start on different sides of the map so players will not be shot by the other team as they spawn. You can have up to 64 players, but 16 on each team is best for small maps.

You should only have one "info_player_start" (gold one).
