Mirrorr texture

Can someone please skin a mirror texture? So when you look at it you will be able to see your own reflection. Ive seen this done in Quake and Return to castle wolfenstein.

however, some window textures have a slight reflection of the surroundings, not the players, though

look at Araschot Dam-in the town there are windows like that-maybe u can see how they were done

i seen a tutorial on this one time :( never took any interest in it.. i forgot where i found it... google it!:D

You don't do this mirror effect by using just some mirror texture, it's more to it. It must be supported by the game engine and you would probably have to rig a camera of some kind

its been done in wolfenstein which runs off same engine as mohaa so im assuming it can be done i post a link if i ever find it

It is possible in Quake using a misc_portal_surface and the common/portal texture, but it's broken in mohaa :cry:
