a newbie needs a little help!

hi guys.. im just tryin out mappin. ive printed off the tutorial from here and am raring to go... ive set it all up right as far as i can see. but when i try to start a test map following the tutorial i get to the part of select caulk, it tells me to go into the textures folder and select the common group, then to select the caulk texture... heres my problem ... i go into the textures drop down box and all thats in there is:...
show in use
reload
surface inspector
close surface inspector
patch inspector
alignment
texture lock

thats all there is??? where do i find the common folder or any others for that matter?

did you copy the file called ENTDEFS.PK3 to your mohaa/main, or if your using the SDK you dont need the ENTDEFS and if so I cant help :(

yeah its in there in the main folder?

Under File click on project settings and make sure base path points to your game.


C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\

SORRY guys im a dumb ass!
i installed mohaa to a different directory and didnt put that in the base path!!!MOHAA HA HA! :oops: :oops:
