You own mind
I don't wana sound hard, but don't you know your own mind? You seem to like it well enough, and it is obvious the good people around here like your ideas!

ok, here's what I think:
... the fact that you start a poll on this says enough. If you want an honost answer: yes. (I think you've already made up your mind). Yes we like your input, ideas and efforts (and last but not least your tutorials;), but it's about what you think yourself. Don't stick to mapping just to 'please' us or because you don't want to disappoint others. I mean right now it's like you ask for permission to stop mapping
If you enjoy modeling for the moment then put MoHRadiant aside and go for it! I'm sure some good stuff will come out of it! To be honost I've always been interested in modeling and I'm sure I will start to do so one day, but right now I'm better with mapping-tools than I am with modeling-tools.
Whether it is mapping or modeling or programming, there's simply too much time involved to do it reluctantly. So do whatever feels right and keeps you inspired and motivated. You can pick up on mapping at any time, right?
