i just know your probably going to deny it, but theres not much chance of two editing sites having very similar designs and one of them not copying somewhat. I know its not identical but i can see it, but do me the courtesy of telling the truth.

christ its not just that youve copied is it, the tutorials page is set out the same and bloody hell "basic construction" my sites the only one with that type of tutorial and you have started out the same and the same headings only the words are different you copying bastard thats my stuff you bastard

I sent you an email a while back saying that I admired your site and did you maybe wanna branch out into other games other than RTCW - mainly cause I was looking to start a kinda editing "franchise" ie a good editing site with every good game - something that you could rely on - this obviously (with all the stuff that went on) didn't reach u

.. and yes this site is loosely based on your site and a few other editing site's from different games here and there - its also based a bit on my sites first design - basic and simple..and some of it is original stuff

I admired and visit your site regularly - i'm also a member of your forums which I don't use that often due to other commitments....if you have a problem / want me to change something gimme a pm and we'll talk about it

um those tuts were given to me by a close and respected friend in good faith - if they are copies - i'll take them down imediately - which ones do u have the problems with ??

i really feel annoyed about this now, i dont mind taking inspiration in design, but the basic construction tutorial, come on, its bloody obvious its just been reworded, i really think its unfair of you to take so much from my site, gods sake every page is set out the same, the news, the map of the week, the tutorials, its all the same, god man how could you rip everything off like that

i dont know what else to say, youve basically taking my entire site and copied it over just about, im pretty unhappy about it but i guess its just life anit it and i cant do a damn thing about it, im not going to start a big conversation i can see what you have done i feel upset about it but well who wouldnt, cya later,

I wish you could have seen my old site - the layout was almost identical - and that was design about 2 years ago - as for the tutorial I will be posting a full public apology for it

I know I can't easily persuade you that this layout was only influenced by your site not directly copied - but I put a lot of work into it

The front page is missing but the rest is there - the layout is very similar to this one - I even based this site off of the original and thats been around for a while - this was in place when you hade Post nuke or whatever on your site

like thats the only tutorial thats similar, just about ALL the sodding pages are the same, motw, the faq, have you seen that? its the same layout and basically the same questions SLIGHTY reworded, i dont care how long it took you to make the whole things a rip off, im so annoyed, im going to complain to gamespy, this is copyright infringement, you cant just reword stuff like "coca kola" and think its ok. what really gets me is you could of easily made your own or asked to use the tutorials. not coming back to this rip off, youve tarnished your entire site now and the pathetic aplology as if the basic construction tutorial is the only similar thing is a total insult and now no doubt you will either rush about changing things or think its ok to reword peoples things, im sure u will further defend yourself but im going to email gamespy about it, its a disgrace.

Surge nice site and its not a rip off , if it is then ours is a rip off of someone who used the same font in their news.
I seen surface a lot and this doesnt resemble it, the only way it resembles it is as the both serve the same purpose.

Content and layout are similar but not close enough to justify some of the comments stated above.

You offered an apology he didnt take it well bummer.
Change it and move on and let him use you as a knife to get back at Gamespy for removing his website.

if you think your going to get away with this youve got another thing coming, i will take legal action and it doesnt matter that its a amatuer site, what you have done is called plagurism or however you spell it and you have broken copyright laws, its going to be a very annoying time consuming process for me but i really dont care, im not sitting down here when you have copied my work

You really are a sad boy or man - I don't care what you say from now on, your acting like a child - I've been talking to folk in both the MoH community and RTCW community who say you are nothing but a trouble maker - after this I believe them. To think I actually defended you at one point ...oh well....
