Entity Box

Post by Daniel Radcliffe »

Ive been playing around with the sunlight/fog enities and am having trouble getting it to how i like it. I also wish to adjust some of the other entities, however i am unsure of which entities options i should adjust and which i shouldnt.

I can only find basic tutorials on settings for sun/sky/moon etc and would like to know if there are any tutorials etc so that i can try to adjust the lighting of my map to how i would like it?

The settings you will need to get the lighting how you want it are, suncolour, ambient light, farplane and farplanecolor. It will take quite some playing around to get it right. Theres a worldspawn reference in the tutorials section of this site so go look at that and you will see all the settings for the stock maps, it will give you a big head start on your worldspawn settings.
Philip II of Macedon sent a message to Sparta:
"If I win this war, you will be slaves forever."
The Spartan ephors sent back a one word reply: "If".
