Existing Map?
Hi, i'm a mapping newbie and wanted to know if there is ANY way i can upload or open an existing map in the game and edit it the way i want?? Plz help cause i am to lazy and computer illiterate to do any of my own....LMAO but i am trying.

What i ask you is this...
If you can't make a map in MOHRadiant yet how do you expect to edit an existing map with no mapping knowledge? If you open up an existing map, such as Berlin, you will have no clue what it all means.
Walk before you can run!
Anyway, it's much more satifying making a map you can call your own. There's plenty of friendly people around who will to help you. Give it a go, you might like it

OK you can edit an existing map by
(1) Scripting - with this you can add stuff and it can be a server side mod only so no one needs to download the "new" map only servers...but its limited and difficult to do properly
(2) Using the decompiler (in our files page) but this gives you 6 brushes for every actual 1 and is hideously messy. YOu would need to put in just as much work to get a finished map out of it as you would starting from scratch. Also everyone would have to download the map to be able to play it...
