HL2, Pah!

Post by Zip »

What's all this hype about HL2? I downloaded the teaser, and it didn't tease me one bit! I'm downloading a 600MB .zip to see a 25 min gameplay video to make sure, but it looks pretty average to me :?

i think "teaser" is to "tease" u about how nice the game is, and a preview to make u excited so u will get the game.

The teaser didn't tease and I doubt the preview will impress me, but we'll see, takes a while to download this huge .zip file (12% so far :( )

The 600 meg trailer should blow you away - if it doesn't you need medical attention :) :P

I watched it twice in a row, and now I'm gonna watch it again. I do wonder though.....do we all need a pile of Radeon's and P4's in our PC's to run it?

i was reading this pc magazine, and all these "budget" cards were benchmarked, one of them being the geforce2 mx (my card). it came dead last, and their remarks were, "This card could barely run Quake III, so unless you upgrade your card, you can kiss your Half Life 2/Doom III dreams goodbye."
