MOH Radient is not installing

Post by {FBI}Sigma »

Hey all!

Brand spankin' NewbSkhool to mapping but REALLY would like to make MAJOR mods to some of my favorite maps.

Right now we run an ALL custom map server, and of course mapping for me is the next step.'

I am very excited, but overwhelmed.

I finally got Radiant to install with SDK, but any pointers or advice you might be able to give would be great!

Question:

While following this tutorial http://dynamic4.gamespy.com/~map/mohaa/ ... t_room.php I got stuck with the lighting and the Spawn point.

It says
Right click on the main 2D view. Select info->player->start. You will see the infoplayerstart entity appear.
I right click on the main 2D window and the options mentioned do not appear...as seen below:

Please help me figure out where to find the options for making a Spawn point.

You don't have the entdefs.pk3 in both the mohaa/main and mohaatools/ folders.
My warning meant nothing. You're dancing in quicksand. Why don't you watch where you're wandering? Why don't you watch where you're stumbling? You're in knee-deep and going in, and you may never come back again.

Hehe.. well, it's either in the MOHAATools folder, or in mohaa/main. But in order for Radiant to work, it has to be in both places. If it's not in one, copy it from the other. Simple as that =)

Okay, I'll admit, that's wrong; but it's better to have it in both and be on the safe side.
