I have a one small SP (the first for one minicampaing)

Your internet service provider should have some free web space for you. If you upload it there, you can post the download URL here.

Umm... how do i upload to free space from my ISP? I dont think i even have free space

Their website should tell you all about it. They may have the upload sowtware built into the web site, or you can download a freeware FTP program (File Transfer Program) to do it.
