Attn. mappers and modders. Your work has been stolen.
I was looking at another forum and came across this.
It saddens me that people are doing this.

It is really irritating to know that people are trying to do this. But I do find it hilarious that he shows only screenshots from the singleplayer missions of the game on his eBay item description, rather than screenshots from his "445+ multiplayer levels."
My warning meant nothing. You're dancing in quicksand. Why don't you watch where you're wandering? Why don't you watch where you're stumbling? You're in knee-deep and going in, and you may never come back again.

Yes. Everything has a copyright unless otherwise stated. And there are preset rules unless otherwise stated. For instance:
"This site and all contents Copyright ? Adam Wright, 2000-2003. All rights reserved."
Just because a site doesn't have this doesn't mean it's not true. This is the cautious man's way of saying, "Hands off."
"This site is Copyright ? Adam Wright, 2000-2003. Click to see the Terms of Use."
Which means of course if you're going to use something from the site, you have to comply to what is laid out.
"This site is not copyrighted; feel free to use any content."
Just as it says.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, part of the EULA for MoH Radiant is that you may not gain profit from what you create.

Correct Reish - and the guy has stated that you would be bidding on the maps etc thus its illegal. Had he stated that all the maps were free on the net and he was just charging for the service of bringing them all together and burning them onto CD then he may not be doing anything illegal. As it is I hope EA got my message....

Actually, by posting stuff like that, you could easily get into a hell of a lot of trouble, reguardless if you're kidding. I'd just steer clear of threats, no matter how empty they are.

Hey JV! You know what I find real funny in this mess? He says he is wheel chair bound, right? Well, check out his feedback and look at the things he bought on Ebay as the Buyer! He's buying motorcycle parts and a chest protector and stuff. Doesn't mean he couldn't be buying it for someone else, but it seems real funny that he would need all that stuff if he couldn't ride a motorcycle. Unless his wheel chair has an 1984 Suzuki motor in it and the seat he bought replaces the seat on the chair and the chest protector keeps him safe when he falls out of the chair from going too fast! Ha! He's just feeling a little guilty for what he's done and trying to cover up the mess he's made. I don't care if it is legal or not, the dude is a scammer, cheater, lying sack of horse poop and selling someone's hard work without their permission is just not right! If it's not illegal, well then it's morally wrong then. Anyway, just my two cents. Hope this gets resolved.
