Post by [UF]Goa.JB17 »

Ok, i made a map. Start the compiler, compile the map. Everything is ok. When i enter the game i cant hear my footsteps and shooting etc. What's the problem? Or can i only hear footsteps etc. when i made the PK3?

Put in one each of axis, allies, player, and dm info/starts and run the map as an MP map... All sounds will work great

Making a pk3 isn't gonna change that uless something is already in the wrong folder like the .bsp file but then why can you launch the map and not heard anything. This makes zero sense. You don't even need a script to make a mp map. Are you using MBuilder?

Is the bsp in the maps/dm folder?
do have atleast:
1 info>player>axis spawn point?
1 info>player>allied spawnpoint?
1 info>player start?

Check your sound quaility under settings but I am guessing that has nothing to do with it or you have already tried that. So hear no shots fired?
