When i make a brush at the sky box (not on the skybox) and i put some trees on it from the misc_outside textures i can still see the black colours... how can i make that shit transparant? so i wont see the black stuff, only the trees?

Do you mean in Radiant? If so, press the blue 'A'

I am assuming your talking about the black part of the texture when your in Radiant, that black is an alpha channel and will be transparent when you compile your map and play it in MOHAA.
Philip II of Macedon sent a message to Sparta:
"If I win this war, you will be slaves forever."
The Spartan ephors sent back a one word reply: "If".

Disable non-shader images in edit -> preferences
Then attach the
right texture.

If it's culled it can't be seen from behind.

They don't decrease it as much as non-culled textures
