that is a beautiful level, just from looking at the screenshots. I'm kinda reminded of The Canal (which is a good thing). I'd like to playtest it but my computer for that kind of thing is down (quite a shame).

You can host a pk3 on a geocities site, but I know there is better ways (FYI, to get around the restriction of hosting only jpgs, gifs and so on add the extension .zip to you pk3 and you shouldn't have a problem -> map.pk3.zip).

If only I could write a sentence without using parenthecies (can't spell either)

Dude! U got some serious skillz.

The map is exelent. Good architecture, good texturing, good mood.
I could only fid one thing wrong with this map ( and its minor ):

The armoury contains 2 racks with SG:s & RL:s... these 2 weapons are not allowed on many servers as they have a tendency to bring out the n00b in people
( but on the other hand, if they dont want them to be used, the mod the server do disallow them, thus: not your problem ).

And if THAT is the biggest problem with your map, you dont have a lot of problems... right?

EXELENT work Random!

And how cool is the scale model of the V2 map? :D

He he he :D Yeah man thats the whole premise of this map. In the early stages i called it "The Night Before V2" for obvious reasons i changed it to the town it was based on. I already had a few ask me though what is that thing doing down there but before i could answer it was always followed up with ahh screw it this $h!t is awesome...good work.

Needless to say i am more than happy with the responce and one person said they liked it so much they were gonna dedicate a 40 man server to it.............we will wait to see how that goes though lol.

Hope to see you all at the SealTeam6 server to give it a run with us.

THanks Again
RAndom

PS Bjarne whats wrong with rockets, i enjoy sniping peeps as much as anyone and i think im pretty good at it but you cant tell me you never just sit back and enjoy watching people do back flips?!?!?!?! Ahh well i guess i will always be a n00b at heart

He he :D
My problem with the RL is that it is unbalanced ( No I dont give a rats ass about realism ). Basically it is way too good in close combat ( OK, not CLOSE but... ). The balance would be restored if the rockets had a really short delay before actually firing and the projectile would start slower and accelerate.

But I agree, beeing a MAJOR n00b can be wicked fun! :D
