In general it is a bad idea to use gotos ;)

yup, i used gotos sometimes and the whole damn script just crashes! i use thread instead. the same right?

pretty much, except for the reason i stated before

also the benefit of thread you can take other information with them i.e

$car_bonnet1 thread check_me 5 10

check me local.silly_number1 local.silly_number 2:
if (local.silly_number1 << local.silly_number2)
{iprintlnbold local.silly_number1 " is smaller " than local.silly_number2}
else
{iprintlnbold local.silly_number1 " is bigger " than local.silly_number2}
end

where it stores the 1st and 2nd number (5 and 10) when it checks the thread

yes i know that it may be the same number :P
hope this helps, prob not cos it's all foreign 2 me :-/
