Another table for cardgame?

Post by Piper »

I try to put another table for cardgame.scr, works OK but the chair is out of scene and the players(card) are sitting in the air

Scale

Maybe you need to scale the table model up a little.

I looked at the tik for the table nothing special about it maybe it is because the table you used is solid . I used a ai with targetname enemyspawner in a map and didn't notice in the editor that he was standing in some barbed wire . When he spawned he was in the air above the wire until I shot him . It maybe a game thing so two models don't intersect or over lap thier bounding boxes maybe makeing the table a notsolid script_model might work ?

Exactly, you need to make a non-solid table (making it solid later if nessecary), or a pratially solid table as suggested in the cardgame.scr.
cardgame.scr wrote:Create a clip brush that fits it, and then move it in on the x and y by about 4 units from each direction (basically creating a mini table in the table because if the table was solid the AI would get stuck on it).
