Compiling Options page missing in Tutorials

I get:

Not Found

Or can i find them on a different url?

Its on the Advanced Compiling, and i was after the Compiling options further down on that page...

Now I noticed that the #anchors were broken, didn't check further down on that page, thought it would open new page...
