yeah but this suncolor is recently, what i used to have was 30 30 60, and i still got the foggyroad stuff.

Try adding i small hump to the flat mesh. It will add to the triangle count but not by much. Might help, though i have not tried it. A strait mesh has several problems with textures as well that disappear if it gets a little bump.
