Sounds like lots of scripting. Individual breakable panes would solve the window problem, though I don't have a clue how to script in MOHAA. The other stuff would just me more scripting, and you'd have to make quite a lot of custom skins... big endeavour you're undertaking here.

I'd also guess you could try and change your character model scaling, like they do in some "giant" games, to two times, or so. If you did this you could reduce a brush unit from .75 inches to about .375 inches, allowing more detail. This would likely mean a performance hit in the end, but maybe that's a sacrifice you'd want to take.

for changing music, make a trigger use field with the key 'setthread' and value 'newmusic'. in your script add this.

Code: Select all

newmusic:

$player stufftext "tmstop" //stops any previously playing music
waitframe //make sure it stopped before continuing
$player stufftext "tmstartloop sound/music/medicdance.mp3"
end
basically, it 'stuffs text' into the players console. the command stuffed in the console is 'tmstop'. then it stuffs more text into the players console. it tells the player to start a loop of the .mp3 i specified.
