Dead links to pics... frustrating.

Please keep pictures that you linked to in the proper directory for nOObs like myself, who are going through these posts looking for answers. About 90% of the links to pictures in the Skinning / Modelling forum are now dead, and it becomes frustrating to see "Check out my new skin below" and seeing.....
