Weird Texture Problem

Weird Texture Problem

As you can see, I think it's the shadow, makes my textures look like something where a nade has been throwing against. It looks ugly :( Cause you can see all the line how the building is made, is there something I can fix this?

Sorry, but this is a very common bug in the compiler...not much you can do other than play with the lighting and hope its reduced or even better gone.

better news we wish for, but rarely arrives, on this occassion no better news :(

but if you doubt the reply some1 has given check the number of posts they have... some1 with as many pasts as General Death, doesn't make mistakes :P

You can make the walls detail. Lighting affects detail brushes differently. If it's a dummy building, make that wall thicker. If it's not a dummy, make the walls a sandwich, with shadowclip in the middle. No guarantees any of these will work... Q3 engine is notorious for lighting problems.

Too bad you can't edit the lightmap by hand.
