Well ever since I installed Spearhead I've noticed alot of new textures, so how can I get rid of them? Do I have to uninstall Spearhead?

Spearhead's main folder will be disabled, if it does not start with the word "main". Also place all non-original pk3s in a folder called "temp" to stop those textures from showing up in the editor.

You can, however, uses custom textures form any pk3 by finding the image and shader files for them. A pk3 is a compressed version of the main folder and can be "unzipped" with Winzip. But, you have to disable "auto install screensavers" in Winzip options, if the pk3 contains a script file, because both use a .scr extention.
