Unwanted Spearhead textures

Unwanted Spearhead textures
I got so many Spearhead textures in MoHRadiant and I want to get rid of them! But I don't want to uninstall spearhead! Can someone please tell me how?
I'm new to mapping!
renaming the ''mainta'' folder to something else should solve it... or thats what i read.....
