The top one was used in Europe (thats the one I have) , this was also pointed out in the planetmedalofhonor commenting system.

yeah, ive got a uk version and it has the top cover on it. what does the us cover look like?

never seen the bottom one, prob somewhere like australia used it

we got the first one over here. but w/o the cd rom thingy. and there's a thing behind with "requires medal of honor allied assault[tm] to play"
