Just some advice...
ok this is to all you newby mappers out there like my self... hehe... make a box... and dont make each side of it with a different brush.. thats just a waste of time and if you do that too much it will make the map very slow and sometimes it wont even run at all... ok so first make a box deselect it with Esc... and then Select a side while hold ctrl+shift and select a crate texture... or something else it dont really matter... as long as it isnt a blank texture like caulk.. ok back to the crate texture, select a crate texture and when it is applied to the side of the box you will notice that it is very pixilated... and the entire texture isnt showing... Why is this? that is a good question... i cant answer that question either but i can get rid of this problem by simply hitting ctrl+f and it fits the texture to the size of the box and it looks like a pro done it
