Pick a water texture that you like, and I'll stop the motion for you. What the hey, I might already even have it made.

Hello. Hello. Hello.
I do now have that river texture with no flow.

It's yours if you want it.

Sorry. Forgot to post the link.

Get it HERE

Just put the .pk3 in your main, and then type "ocean" in the texture bar. It will show up.
It may take a while. It's a small file, but the host sucks.
You are better off clicking "open" and the it will go faster. Then just C&P it into your main.

It is called crunchriver_noflow.
It will show up in your texture menu under the category "crunch", and it will show up if you just type "ocean" in the white texture bar.

************UPDATE***************

Download it again. It is correct now. I didn't give it it's own subdirectory at first. It was in your editor, just not under "crunch" :? Now it will work as described above.

Umm....It does not flow. :D
I checked it again by deleting the file I had, and downloading the one I posted. It certainly, without a doubt, does not flow. It "ripples" as you call it, but doesn't flow.

I am glad that you found a water texture that suits your needs.
But for anyone else who reads this, let it be known that if you need that river texture with no flow, it is available.
