There is probably a leak in your skybox, make sure its sealed, all the walls meet and touch eachother, sky and floor too.
Philip II of Macedon sent a message to Sparta:
"If I win this war, you will be slaves forever."
The Spartan ephors sent back a one word reply: "If".

Entities leaking mean they interfere with a brush. You can't do anything about most of them.

As long as u don't get a message like:
entity reached from outside -- no filling
**********************
******* leaked *******
**********************

u shouldn't be worried about it.

if u're not sure what kind of leaking u have, try to open ur map after compilation and load the pointfile which is created in the bsp-compile process (File-->Pointfile...). If u don't get a red line in ur map running from an entity to a gap in the skybox, everything is fine. 8-)
If u see that red line, tho, you'll have to close that gap, recompile until that message and the pointfile are gone. In this, be aware, that just structural brushes can seal ur skybox, detailled brushes, LOD terrain or patchmeshes don't!
