Yes it will prevent some theft, but it is a strange thing to try to disallow people to copy stuff from a tutorial... that is kint of why they are there, isnt it?
I think you mainly make people irritated.

hmm...u got a point. well another good way protecting it is to make page in php...normal source won't display any text between <?php ?> tags...
new templetate aint gonna be much different from the old one, some minor changes only...
oh i forgot to tell: all suggestions are welcome (like what to add on page etc)

I used to work for a american software company in the UK, doing support 8 hours a day on these things, so your question 'popped up' alot of times when customers called in for tips on how to prevent people to steal their work. Because there's always tricks around the 'protection' and I told them so they always hang up on me with mixed angry feelings...
(just because i told them what people Can/might do!) Anyway, i got'em off the phone
. So afterwards instead of telling them everything I know that they could try, I just told them about the 'copyright' thingy and that they could always read up on internet law/protections... (blabla... long boring story)
so...
Right-click can be good if you highlight a bit of text and you want to copy it for later use.. especially if its Tutorials, sometimes you only need 1 part of the tutorial to go through it... othervise, make'em downloadeable like in pdf format. Just add your copyright text in the bottom, should be fine...
Everyone steals/copies/borrows all the time (incl me), If theyre n00bs, then i dont know what theyre doing at your tutorial site, but almost everyone that i meet/met, who 'knows' the internet and everyone here (almost) would know how to STEAL it!
btw... najs sajt Curgny! Keep it up!

guys that wont stop anything... VIEW>SOURCE save... make your changes re-host, there your right clik thing dont do anything, there is no way to stop people copying yoru site, you shouldn't worry about it, you should be worried about your community or whatever your site has to offer, most people just copy source code for ideas and stuff... IT IS ALSO RECOMENDED IN MANY BOOKS IVE READ TO READ THE SOURCE CODE OF PEOPLES SITES TO GET BETTER AT SCRIPTING LANGUAGES AND EVEN USE SOME OF THEIR IDEAS. although they do make a note saying that it would be appreciative to contact the site owner, if you wish to copy stuff....
yes I read source all the time, and I dont ask every web master if i Can use this line of code here and there...
back on topic, yes site looks fairly nice, seeing that my estonian is rough, GERMAN will do Gutentag!

well...again, making the site into german would be hard, cause there is no friends of mine who can (read: knows) how to translate english to german or estonian to german.
