Ok, with the help from parts and a few other people in the scripting forum i managed to get the AI following me sorted CHEERS
Now running around on my map i go to attack the offivers guard and he jumps out of the wall from the building he is in, then i kill him and the officer to be killed jumps out from his room outside??
Anyone know why and how i can fix this?

I think this happens when is a cover node (especially a corner node) near a wall, whereas on the other side of the wall is a route.
A bit like this, p is pathnode, c is corner node, | is wall:

at the ---> an AI is likely to walk through the wall. Simply move the cover node away a bit and you should be fine.
