um what kind of movement are u using seperate frames? or motion tweening... <---motion tweening the way to go

Motion tweeing is not a good thing to do on bitmap images... maybe u should add a Preloader in the first frame!

yes i used a motion tween but my problem was fps

tip: the fps wont change the 'choppy' animation! you need to do a preloader at the first frame!
