can some1 tell what happened here??

this is the first 1 it a grass texture look to the right of the picture, to see what the grass shud look like.

2. the door was orginaly there but when compiled it was gone and also why can i see through the windows, when i didn't use the func_window.

The window texture in it self is transparent. You'll need to select one that is not. There is a button with an A in the far right of the toolbar that you can click to make transparent textures work in radiant.
