Becuase we can send metal somewhere has no bearing at all on sending a human into the void.
I cant admit to knowing why they faked the landing, maybe something was sent there, my point is the photo's are edited, they are not from the moon,
There are pics that show rocks throwing two shadows in different directions, the astronauts had no extra light sources ( floodlamps ) the only source of illumination was the sun so unless we have two suns the rocks shouldnt throw two shadows.
Also theres a famous pic with a guy climbing down from the lander, he is in the shadow side of the vehicle, his back is superbly lit for our viewing pleasure yet as theres no atmoshphere on the moon things in shadow stay in shadow, there must have been another light source to produce these effects...
I dont claim to have all the answers but the pics from the moon landings are certainly not real, also the radiation issues keep me from swallowing the story, humans cant survive in the void.
I cant remember where I first heard this story but I feel theres more evidence pointing to NO THEY DIDNT GO. I would be impressed if they made it and my mind could be changed with good evidence.
I just found a couple sites with some of the optical problems with the pics..

What was happening in the world in 1969? Well, the US had just changed it's underwear after the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Space Race was well and truly under way.
The Russians had already beaten the US by putting the first object in orbit, the first man in space, the first spacewalk and the first manmade object on the moon. The Americans were lagging well behind.
President Kennedy had declared that America would put a man on the moon - at almost any cost. And he was determined to beat the Russians to it.
It seems the USA had a huge amount to gain from the moon landings, maybe they went maybe they didnt, but surely its not a closed case, YET !
