Heres a link to some basic dimensions, this should help you figure out what size buildings etc you need to build.

BLUES_MAN:
I am currently writing an extensive tutorial on the subject. I have been doing a lot of testing and research on object dimensions because I feel it is one of the most important subjects in mapping. It will be available on my clan web site shortly (http://stripes.xgameservers.com). In the meantime, here are my suggested dimensions for the objects you mentioned:
Buildings:
Make the footprint of all your buildings in multiples of 128WU, where one (1) WU, or "World Unit", equals one (1) unit in MoHRadiant. For example, your buildings' footprints (including outer walls) might be:
256WU x 512WU
640WU x 384WU
Make all of your walls, floors, ceilings 16WU thick. Make the heights of your buildings in multiples of 96WU, where 96WU = 1/2 story and, therefore, 192WU = 1 story. For example, your buildings' heights (not including the roof) might be:
288WU
384WU
576WU
Try to avoid making buildings that are taller than 4 stories (768WU). Making buildings this tall or taller presents additional mapping challenges. I suggest keeping your buildings three (3) stories or less. (Thanks to MPowell1944 for this suggestion!)
Doorways:
128WU x 64WU
Open Windows:
96WU x 64WU
Rooms:
Make the footprint of all your rooms in multiples of 16WU. Again, make all of your walls, floors, ceilings 16WU thick.
These basic dimensions should get you started. Using dimensions consistently in this way will bring consistency to your levels and will go a long way toward making your levels more realistic and believable.
