Sound editing?

Post by Alcoholic »

I can't voice my own sounds, so I figured I could take bits and pieces from existing sounds and merge them together and stuff. My question is, what is a good sound program that would let me do that?

An example would be this:

take the line "Powell, get over here!"
and "Good, Cooper you take point now. Powell watch our backs."

and create:

"Good, get over here!"

eh? eh?
