Ideas for Mapping
I don't know if it has been come up yet, but here's a poll for some mappers who don't know what to map. Mappers will get an idea what the interest are from the (mapping) community.

I would like to see:
A 'Bling-Bling' map, westcoast/eastcoast gangstah shootouts
(cn3 maybe..lol)
A 'Transformers' map/mod... haha (hard)
And finally something similar to the Monkeystrike mod for Halflife!

I say more jungle maps. When I say more jungle maps, I mean big, open maps with lots of foliage (yes I know its hard to do), and LOTS of opportunities for sneaking. I remember when DoD was still beta, and in the next update, they added para maps. One of the maps was "para_hedgegrow", and it was basically a nighttime sneaking map, and I must say sneaking is very fun! If any of you ever play battlefield 1942 with me, you'll most likely see me sneaking a lot.

I think, nowadays if you make a Mohaa map you have to make quality stuff. In spite of its theme, there's always room for a new map, as long as it's all well executed. Make maps that are up to par with the standard maps. Or at least try to. I know, easier said than done. But for instance if you make a southern France style map that isn't as good as the original, people will just play southern France. Same goes for every theme I guess.
Personally I like the desert-theme alot, but I will still enjoy a nicely done snow/village/mountain/trench/you-name-it map.
