Forcing Skins on a Client

OK I got this far in trying to stufftext the pre-determined skin on clients.

But for some reason its not applying. What is the correct console command(s) for changing and applying skins via console?

Here is what my commandline looks like:

$player stufftext ("ui_dm_playermodel american_army;ui_applyplayermodel;ui_checkrestart;Popmenu 0")

Is it right? I got some of them from the UI scripts.

why dont you use the stufftext function?

$player stufftext ("sets dm_playermodel american_army")
