Linux Server Has Issues?!?!

My map works if someone connects to me machine via an IP address. But once loaded to our clan server (it is a linux server), the map no longer will provide access and the server returns the message "server connection timed out".

The only thing I can see is the difference between upper and lower case naming. Is this really an issue?

On our server some maps run and others don't, we can't seem to find the common denomenator as to why.

Has anyone run into this also, and is there a fix that you have come up with? or at least a work around?
