No there is not a glass only texture. Most just scale one with frames up so that the frame doesn't show. this is however less optimal if you need the glass to break. I would suggest that you make your own texture, or two of them one whole and one broken.

In pak0 there are .shader files in the scripts folder and in pak2 there are .tga and .jpg files that combined becomes textures. Find a window texture that you know works, and look how the shader for that texture is written, and write one for your self. Open the tga file in Photoshop or any other paint program that supports the tga file format and alpha channels. Look at how they made the two window textures, one whole and one broken, and make one much like that without a frame.
Place you shader file in main/scripts/, and your textures in main/textures/[insert name here]/ . Name your folder to the same as you shader file for convenience.
